Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Grameya Tech Solutions LLP ("the Institute") and students enrolled in its training programs:

1. Registration and Enrollment

• Registration is confirmed upon submission of a completed registration form and payment of the required fees.
• Enrollment is subject to availability and meeting any prerequisites specified for each course.

2. Fees and Payment

• All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Institute.
• Fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced, except in cases where the Institute cancels the course.

3. Course Schedule and Attendance

• The Institute reserves the right to alter the course schedule, including dates, times, and instructors, as necessary. Students will be notified of any changes in advance.
• Regular attendance is required for all sessions. Students are responsible for catching up on missed material.

4. Course Materials

• Course materials provided by the Institute are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior permission.

5. Certification

• Successful completion of all course requirements, including assessments and projects, is necessary to receive a certificate of completion from the Institute.
• The Institute reserves the right to withhold certification if a student fails to meet these requirements.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, treating instructors and fellow participants with respect.
• Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct may result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• The Institute reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will receive a full refund of fees paid.
• Requests for refunds by students must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to Institute policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to course materials, curriculum, and content provided by the Institute remain the exclusive property of Grameya Tech Solutions LLP.

9. Privacy Policy

• The Institute respects student privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable laws and its privacy policy.

10. Modification of Terms

• Grameya Tech Solutions LLP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Enrolled students will be notified of changes via email or through the Institute's official communication channels.

11.Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
